Normal Heights is similar to it’s metro area neighbors in that it features a bustling "downtown" type stretch of Adams Avenue, it’s pedestrian friendly and loaded with charm. On a mesa overlooking Mission Valley, Normal Heights has some homes on the west side of the "peninsula" with spectacular coastal views.

 

Normal Heights is home to The Adams Avenue Street Fair which is Southern California’s largest free music festival. Adams Avenue Unplugged and Art Around Adams are also popular events.
